Can't use filtering negation

Hello,
I have a problem with filtering negation. It not return anything when get a result,but when I remove '!' out.It works properly.So,I want to know if this filter is still working.

Can you tell us where you are trying to do the query?
And if possible, you could also try to forward the query.

Sorry, my bad.I use Elastic App search ,but I read site-search documentation >0<. Now, I can fix it. Thanks
