Canvas is not reflecting the real time data

Hi,

I'm using canvas as a homepage for my portal, where I have used single value metric visualization to represent the count of a field.

I'm using elastic raw document as the data source. When I write my query and preview the result it is giving me the exact result but when I save the data and use count of the field in display section(measure section), the expected count is not returned.
