Capture inner exceptions in APM Agent

Currently, CapturedException in Elastic APM Agent doesn't appear to support inner exceptions and sending this to the APM URL. Is this something that will be added?

There is ongoing discussion to add this feature - https://github.com/elastic/apm-agent-dotnet/issues/358 (umbrella issue for all APM components - https://github.com/elastic/apm/issues/40)
