CEF Codec issues

Hello,
I have some Warning and Error with the CEF codec on input pipeline.
We have some special character (like French accent é à è) not correctly decoded by the default charset UTF-8.
The CEF codec don't accept the charset configuration.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
