I have upgrade from kibana 7.5 to kibana 7.13.
and i want to change orientation of my dashboard kibana from right to left.
In kibana 7.5 it's easy, i change direction in commons.style.css and the changes are here but in kibana 7.13 not similor. Any change is not applicated.
Who can help please?

Would you mind opening an issue at https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new?assignees=&labels=&template=Feature_request.md? Instead of hacking Kibana's CSS, maybe this can be a build-in advanced setting or something like that. Be sure to describe your use case.
