I am running ES/Kibana 7.4.0 on Elastic Cloud and wanted to try out the "Kafka logs" and "Kafka metrics". I followed the instructions to install filebeat-7.4.0 and metricbeat-7.4.0 on my Kafka nodes (running on AWS EC2 linux instances; Kafka version 1.1) via RPM. Everything installed without issue.
When I visit the "[Filebeat Kafka] Overview ECS" Dashboard, I see 4 panes and every one of them shows:
child "meta_fields" fails because ["meta_fields" must be an array]
When I visit the "[Metricbeat Kafka] Overview ECS" Dashboard, I see 5 panes of data and 3 more panes with the "child "meta_fields" fails because ["meta_fields" must be an array]" message.
I followed the installation instructions from within Kibana. Everything installed correctly. What are these errors?
