Cluster green but exception being thrown all the time around

Hi,
after spending some time looking at this, our ES cluster is now coming up
as Healthy - ie Green but it's not really.
Every search attempt follows the following exception. Uhh....anyone idea ?

I tried couple of things like changing some threadpool settings but none of
them has worked. I'm literally clueless. If anyone has any ideas I would
appreciate it!
