Cluster status red and unassigned shards

I updated the elastic cluster to 7.10.1. Then elasticsearch service was restarted. Then cluster status became "Red". There are two unassigned shards (same index primary and replica shards).

I want to know how to make cluster status green?
and how to resolve these unassigned shards.

Hi @testsemd_email

I recommend you to wait for sometime, the elasticsearch will auto assigned the replica on other node.
