CMS Old Gen GC consuming too much memory and never cleaned up

Hi,

my heap dump says , CMS old Gen GC is consuming too much memory and its never get cleaned up.
Is it GC problem or its like Elastic search holds some object in heap for long last ?

Any suggestion ?
