someone can help me? es version 6.8.8.

Elasticsearch 6.8 is very old and has been EOL a long, long time, so I would recommend that you upgrade to the latest version. Have personally not used that version in a long time so can not recall any common causes for this. Some additional information would be useful though:

  • Do you have any type of monitoring in place?
  • What is the size and specification of the cluster?
  • Is the cluster under heavy load when you see this error? Do you see any evidence of long or frequent GC around the times the error occurs?
  • How much data in terms of shards and GB on disk does each node hold?
  • Are you using any third-party plugins?
