Completion Suggestor- Multi value field in a single document

Hello ,

Here its told how to index data for completion suggester -
http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/search-suggesters-completion.html#search-suggesters-completion

But then it assumes that there is only one value for the field suggest.
What happens if there are multiple values for the field suggest.
How can we give separate input/output for multi values in the same field.

Thanks
Vineeth

Hey,

there is only one output for multiple suggestions. Maybe the accompanying
blog post will help you: Elasticsearch Platform — Find real-time answers at scale | Elastic
I am not sure what you mean with 'only one value for the field suggest',
maybe you can explain that.
It would be great, if you could come up with a few examples of how you
expect the suggester to work and we can see, if the completion suggester
supports your requirements.

Hello Alexander ,

I got it working. What i wanted was to give multiple input/output pair and
in the example it was only for a single value. I gave the suggest value as
an array it worked like a charm.

Thanks
