Configure logstash to receive different csv files with different fields

Hello good mornig for everyone

I'm a beginner at Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Logstash

I am trying to configure logstash to receive different csv files with different fields, how can I configure logstash to be able to define the columns for these different csv files.

Could anyone help me, please.
