Count and Scroll don't return same docCount - NodeJS

Hello!

I am using scroll and count in a nodeJS environment. And for some reason I don't get, the count method doesn't return the same number of documents as the scroll (by incrementing a counter). And that happens at different rate meaning sometimes I get 15 000 documents for 14990 with the scroll, or sometimes 125000 and 124984 with the scroll.

Is there any reason why ?
