hello sir, I encountered my elastic search problem, suddenly the CPU was very high in use, I used 1 node with elastic search version 7.5.1 and I have tried optimizing it by adding the cache in the configuration but it remains the same.

GET /_cat/health?v
GET /_cat/indices?v
