CPU utilization always high

HI guys,

I have around 20 index and 5 shards for each index, each shard takes bout 80-100 mb, data will grow exponentially in future, how many nodes should i have?
Currently i have only 1 node and i am doing many search query and bulk updates parallely.
Please suggest.
