Creating Custom Log level with logstash like prints

Hi All

I have created a custom plugin and in that plugin i have added lot of print/puts/milestone checks.
Now when i run the pipeline i can see those prints in my command window.

How can i customize my log level so that i can print only those prints and get rid of log level like debug,warn, error etc.?
