Curl Refused by Local Host with 9200 port

Hi! Doing a quick standup of a stack on CentOS 7 server for a personal project.
I cannot get it to curl the local host if I add a 9200 to the URL.
Everything is running fine, everything has an active status.
I've added the services and ports to the firewall so I am stumped.
I cannot get it to curl outside IP addresses without timing out either.

Can you share the full logs of your elasticsearch instance when it starts? Formatted with </> please.
