Curosity to know which tool is used in forum monitoring

Hi All,
Me Joseph John here, A open source user. lobbyist and promoter
been active in the user forum for some time, and I have got some badges while covering those goals set. I feel good and proud about having these badges.

Now I was wondering how the forum, know that I have been checking the forum for so many days, or how many post I posted? etc . Are you using any open source tool like " Mautic"

This forum is Discourse, it's all built into it.
