Customize the title of share link

Hi,

I'm currently using Kibana for the visualization of our project, I built some charts using the data from Elasticsearch. My manager wants me to share the link of the dashboard so that anyone who has the link can view the charts we built, but now there are two problems.

The first is my manager wants the link name to be customized, is there anyway we can edit the name of the link we share?

Second is I already configured the kibana.yml and elasticsearch.yml so that I can log in as superuser and create new users. However, each time I have to enter my username and password to log in. Is there any convenient way for a random user to just access the dashboard without having to log in, and at the same time, he can only view the chart, not change it.

If anyone has some idea, please post here, thanks.

Hi,

Maybe you can create a dashboard with markdown visualizations that contain the links, something like dashboardName .

Then create a kibana dashboard read only user to access it?

Thanks for your reply. I think the reporting function for dashboard may be a good choice for us, like the one mentioned here:
https://www.elastic.co/products/stack/reporting

But I can't find it in my share options.

Do you know how I can get the report, like pdf or something, thanks a lot. By the way, my version is 7.1.1

Reporting is a great feature to accomplish this, it is part of our gold and platinum packages.

I think I used the free package, so once we have the gold or platinum packages, we can download the pdf report?
