Data loss after bouncing node

Hi all,

We are using ES 1.3.7 cluster with 5 data only nodes (6GB heap) and 3 master only nodes (4GB heap).

We have installed cloud_aws plugin for s3 repo and bounced nodes .
after that more data's is missing in two shards alone.
Data's are missing in various types in indices.

How it happens ?

Can you please debug and suggest us!!

That's super old, you should upgrade.
