Date format on Logstash

I using logstash 2.1.1 and i create format indices on Output Elasticsearch with config

Before i using format "Name-Indices-YYYY-MM-dd", now i change to weekly format (above image)
"Name-Indices-GGGG-WW"
but i got error

What wrong with date format ??

It's much easier if you copy and paste the text, rather than forcing people to read images with small text.

However, per the docs;

For weekly indexes ISO 8601 format is recommended, eg. logstash-%{+xxxx.ww}.
