The default page only describes generic info about Azure apps, nothing
about your app.
You need to describe minimal client machine requirements. I don't know if
anything more is required besides Visual Studio and Azure
extensions/packages. If this is all that is required, then maybe provide a
link to those setups (Platform Builder?)
A short blurb on what ES is.
You need to describe any special configurations or paths.
You will likely need to describe exactly what is being deployed, eg only
dotNET layer? full machine? Underlying OS?
