Detect Keyword stuffing

Can someone guide me how to resolve the issue of keyword stuffing in documents.

I want to identify if the document has keyword stuffing and give a negative boost in the ranking.
Please tell me how to solve this in Elasticsearch.
If you have any other solution apart from ES, please suggest.
