In Kibana->Security->Detections the Trend panel only show alerts from .siem-signals-default index. Upon clicking on Inspect it shows following:
Furthermore, clicking on the (i) next to index pattern says that the pattern can be configure in Kibana->Advanced settings but it does not work, it will only show alerts from .siem-signals-default
