Different docFreq and docCount for the same shard

I try to figure out why my docs are ranked not as expect.I found that the 1st doc docFreq=1 and docCount=621,the other docs docFreq=29 and docCount=599,this index have only one shard and no replica.If i reindex the 1st doc,this issue fix,how this happen? ps:es version:5.6.8

I found the reason,it's different field's docFraq and docCount
