Disabling automatic index creation

Hi guys,

There is default behavior in ES to automatically create index if it doesn't
exists yet.
I'd like this to be an explicit operation.

How can I disable this so ES rather throws an error when trying to add smth
to non-existent index?

Thanks,
Y
