Disk Space gets full when file descriptors reaches to its limit

Hi

We are currently using logstash 6.2.4. Beats, TCP and HTTP inputs are being used. Logstash has default limit of max file descriptors around 16K. When open file descriptors reach to its max limit logstash stops working and every time we see disk space getting full when this issue occurs. Restarting logstash solves this issue but that is not feasible. We tried increasing max file descriptors to 65K but didn't solve that issue. This issue is still happening not on one node but we are facing this issue on every node.
