Do we have doc value enabled by default in ES1.7.2?

Hi Experts ,

I read it somewhere that ES team is working on to enable Doc value in the latest release . Please suggest is it enabled by default in 1.7.2 or still I have to enable it explicitly ?

It's not enabled by default until ES 2.0 so for 1.7.2 you still have to enable it explicitly.
