Document names in a time stamp scenario

Dear All,

I hope this message finds you well. I have a question, which would be the best practice to name a document, in the scenario that I'm receiving documents every second? The document structure, came with an standard unique document name like "HOST_TIMESTAMP". Are there any best practices when naming document in scenarios as this one? which is the advantage of setting file names instead of letting elastic assign an unique id per document?
