Does apm server have trace query api?

Do you mean correlation api for different spans & traces ? which is visible on APM dashboard ?

Yes, i read API | Elastic Observability [8.14] | Elastic, but it is not query api.

There is no straight forward API but I think it is Elasticsearch query only which correlates all spans with parent-id.
