Domain mapping with NGINX (aka friendly URLs)

Found Kibana urls come int the format: https://[very-big-hex-noone-can-memory].[zone].aws.found.io/. I want to access Kibana from, say, https://kibana.mycompany.com

What the NGINX config should look like?

Big plus if I can use the same proxy server for multiple kibana endpoints:
https://dev-kibana.mycompany.com -> https://[dev-hex].[zone].aws.found.io/
https://kibana.mycompany.com -> https://[prod-hex].[zone].aws.found.io/
