Hi, I saw an old question of mine that was viewed by a lot of people but when I looked at it I saw that the title might mislead people, therefore I wanted to change the title to be more accurate. Can I do this on old questions that are closed?

Feel free to open a new one with the description you feel best describes your ask.
You can always link your new question to the older ask. Whatever you feel works best for you as well as keeping the topic new for fresh eyes to see!

Sounds good but the old un-edited question will still be around and will mislead people and waste their valuable time 
Maybe this should be a fix in the ES discuss that we will be able to edit old questions...
