Elastic APM Go Agent support for confluent-kafka-go

Hi, I went through the official docs [here] (Supported Technologies | APM Go Agent Reference [master] | Elastic) and there is not support for Kafka messaging.

I went through github issues and there is no issue for confluent-kafka-go

There is however, opentelemetry instrumentation by splunk

Is there a plan to add support for confluent-kafka-go on Elastic APM Go Agent ?

If not, I wish to contribute.

Please guide me on contributing.
