I am having an issue to do the Lab: Introduction to Elastic App Search for the class 1 .
I created a deployment named enterprise-search-fundamentals and finished "TUNE THE RELEVANCE OF YOUR QUERIES" and continued to "ANALYTICS". but whenever I clicked https://app-search-workshop.elasticlabs.training to start. It always gives me the following error:

This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://app-search-workshop.elasticlabs.training/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

Hey @Kimberly , our learning portal team checked the site, and it's working and up. Do you perhaps have a firewall that could be interfering with your ability to connect?

Hi @Kimberly ,

as @Serena_Chou pointed out, it looks like there is something preventing you to access https://app-search-workshop.elasticlabs.training/. If you are learning through your company network or laptop, I'd recommend trying from another network and computer.

Also, I'd like to suggest taking all the classes first and doing labs after that.

One last thing, please check if you are using a 7.x deployment, as the lab steps were developed using a 7.x deployment.

Thanks both Andre and Serena's quick response to my queries. It works after I turned off company's network and switched to my personal Wifi.
