Question: When I try to connect to the strigo lab environment for the first time, I get the following error: "Unfortunately, we cannot connect you to this training environment. This could happen if you're not enrolled in the course, or if you signed-in to Strigo with a different address than the one you enrolled in this course with."

I have double checked the email address I'm using, and I continue to get the same error.

Are you still experiencing this issue? I did notice a similar issue reported around the same time, so it might be worth checking in again to see if it's an intermittent issue.

Sorry to hear that @PARAS_PAUL1 could you please send an email to training@elastic.co with the email address you used to register and mention the name of the course so we can fix it.
