Question: When I try to connect to the strigo lab environment for the first time, I get the following error: "Unfortunately, we cannot connect you to this training environment. This could happen if you're not enrolled in the course, or if you signed-in to Strigo with a different address than the one you enrolled in this course with."

I have double checked the email address I'm using, and I continue to get the same error.

Welcome to the Elastic community! Can you share which course you are having this issue with? Can you also check the email address is the same and there's no typos?
