Cannot connect to Strigo

Hi, am trying to start course 'Data analysis with Kibana', but while setting up the lab I get:

Unfortunately, we cannot connect you to this training environment.

This could happen if you signed-in to Strigo with a different address than the one you enrolled to the course with, or if there was a technical problem with registering you to this environment.

If herman@lamboo.com is the address you used to enroll to the course, please contact your course provider, as they can best help you resolve this issue.

If not, please sign in with the correct address.

It can take some time after you start a course to synchronize with Strigo. If after some time, you still face the same issue, please send an email to training@elastic.co .
