Elastic Observability Engineer(On-Demand) course Lab wont allow me to login after I tried creating a new user after the heartbeat installation indicated permission issue

Question: <When attempting labs in the observability ondemand course, After I created a new user and role under Stack Management, I tried logging with the new role and it kicked me out saying permission denied and wont allow me to login even when I used my old lab credentials :frowning: Please help, attempting the exam in a few days :(( , I have raised a ticket with support, I think they should respond by Monday>
