Elastic-Plugin to import folders

Hi,
Is their any plugin available to import folders to elasticserch.

For EX: I have one folder in that folder I have some files(pdf,csv....).
So I need to import all the files into elastic serch.

Is it possible.
If possible please give me a solution.

You can use Logstash to read some types of files, CSV, plain text, json and more.

Otherwise I understand Apache Tika can do things like PDF and .doc,
