Elastic Search CPU and memory usage exceeded due to nginx

We are using Nginx for authentication purposes. When I start Nginx ES CPU and memory usage are at peak, and when nginx is turned off, the cpu and memory usage are normal.

We are using ElasticSearch v6.8 and Nginx v1.16.1
