Elastic Search Memory Leak and hung

Hi,
We are using elastic search to index very high amount of logs (~20k) logs per second. But the problem is that the Memory consumed gradually increases until it hit the max and hungs. So we suspect that if a memory leak may be present in elastic search.

PS:- The Elastic Search Version we use is 2.2.0

How much data do you have in the cluster? How many indices and shards? What is the size and specification of the cluster?
