Elastic search ports

I am running a elastic search server, apart from 9200/9300 ports.

Elastic search opens lot of ports like below , where is the config for these ports

elasticsearch-service-x64.exe 11036 TCP Mymachine 52377
localhost 52378 ESTABLISHED

You don't configure those, they are dynamically opened so other processes can talk to 9200/9300.
