In advance I apologize as I realize it is probably a very silly question but I am just plain confused and very new to the subject.
I am trying to do some research comparing elastic stack, solr, and other platforms with the main focus being social media analysis in near real time. Can someone tell me what is an advantage of using this solution for something like Twitter analysis rather than something like Sprinklr? It might be a silly question but I am finding it hard to find an answer.
