How do I enrol elasticsearch certification ? is there any link for the same?

It didn't launch yet, but you can sign up on this page https://www.elastic.co/training/certification to be notified as soon as its ready.

It is not open yet. We plan to launch it soon. You can subscribe for news [1] if you want to be notified as soon as we launch.
