Elasticsearch cluster across multiple servers

I am setting up elastic search( v7.5.0) cluster in 2 nodes. Below is the configuration.

Node1

cluster.name: es-cluster
node.name: esnode01
node.master: true
node.data: true
http.port: 9200
network.bind_host: 162.X.1.27 ( Node1 IP)
network.publish_host: 162.X.1.27 ( Node1 IP)
discovery.zen.ping.unicast.hosts: ["162.X.1.27", "162.X.1.23"]
discovery.zen.minimum_master_nodes: 1

Node2

cluster.name: es-cluster
node.name: esnode02
node.master: false
node.data: true
http.port: 9200
network.bind_host: 162.X.1.23 ( Node2 IP)
network.publish_host: 162.X.1.23 ( Node2 IP)
discovery.zen.ping.unicast.hosts: ["162.X.1.27", "162.X.1.23"]
discovery.zen.minimum_master_nodes: 1

I am getting below error , i tried network.bind_host: 0.0.0.0 & network.publish_host: 0.0.0.0 elastic search coming up , but cluster not happening.
