Elasticsearch - faceted search

Greetings from Germany,

I hope someone can help me a little. I am looking for information hot to
use elasticsearch on my website properly. I need some source code examples. I
have developed a website (php / mysql), on this you can search apartment and
also book them.

Now I would like to use an improved search / filter in relation to
elasticsearch or solr to provide a faceted search example Select Period /
apartment type / price range / features etc. ..

I have set up elasticsearch on my Linux server and your plugin "
elasticsearch-river-jdbc" installed. Now I can index my mysql database
tables by using the plugins . e.g.
Name: House Müller
Type: Apartment
Price: 35 Euro
Facilities: desk, bed, lamp, wireless

Now I don't know, unfortunately, how it goes. I just do not implement.
The search example Amazon looks so wonderful ... One can already narrow and
select everything. But how does this visual evaluation work? Do I need
additional plugins for it?

Is here anyone who have time to help me in this situation and tell me asample page
with source code, how can I integrate this faceted search on my website?

Thank you very much

Martin

Hi. The example works with the diagrams. Do you have a tutorial page for an
example of faceted navigation?

bye
