Elasticsearch file realm users in docker image

Hello. I have security dilemma to create Elasticsearch docker image with file realm files (user, user_roles) to have some users ready as soon as cluster is deployed.

Is that common approach or security issues? I am worried because more people than necessary would have access to docker image and hashed passwords stored there.
