ElasticSearch integration with ManifoldCf

I am trying to create outpout connector in ManifoldCf for ElasticSearch.
As per configuartion in ManifoldCf, we have to use Mapper Attachment. But as per ElasticSearch documentation Mapper Attachment plugin is obsolete and it is replaced by Ingest attachment plugin.

Any idea how to create output connector in ManifoldCf for ElasticSearch??
