Elasticsearch node deletion

I have a cluster with 6 nodes, and I want to remove 1 node. My replica setting is 1.
If I delete the node, no data will be lost right?
The remaining nodes will distribute the data between them?
Will they create new primary shards?

I just want to double check so I'm not doing anything I will regret :slightly_smiling_face:

That's correct unless you have limited disk space or specific include/exclude rules
