ElasticSearch on Kubernetes (ECK): Enable OR Disable cluster-autoscaler.kubernetes.io/safe-to-evict

I am using the Elastic on Kubernetes (operator version 2.1).

How can I enable or disable the following annotation on the ElasticSearch nodes managed by ECK?
"cluster-autoscaler.kubernetes.io/safe-to-evict": <Set it to "true" OR "false">
